Founder's Thoughts (#003) | I saw this thing on LinkedIn and I wanted to shoot you a quick email to let you know about this while it’s still fresh on my mind.

Yes, it’s something that really made me stop scrolling for a moment and start thinking… and also insanely relevant to your goal to develop your sports organization!

Check this screenshot out:

The daily workload involved in communicating in a sports organization is enormous and still growing. Your communications team is doing as much as possible. But isn't it the case that they concentrate fully on the current or the next game/event during the season? No time to go any further! No time to implement new strategies to develop new revenue streams.

Sounds familiar, right?

I saw this on LinkedIn and immediately thought of emailing you because there’s such a valuable teaching moment present right there!

⚡️ Split your resources during a season!

If you organize your workload into these two parts, you will see great results right away. If you don't do it, it will be more than likely that you will get done only the game coverage.

Recently, there have been many of you who said that you needed help with digital transformation of media, public relations and marketing.

This LinkedIn post shows something - that with the right approach of splitting the daily workload, you can develop your sports organization also during an ongoing season.

It reminded me that we make things so difficult for ourselves when things can actually be so easy!

You can split your internal resources or buy-in external resources to fulfill either daily game coverage or daily strategic content management.

Think about it,
